Summer is winding down and now is the time start setting new goals for inside and outside the dojo.  

The 2019 Irwin Cohen Memorial Tournament is coming up in October 6th in Chicago.  We will be attending this tournament as a team, so if you are planning on going and need a ride, be sure to see Matt.
